Booking cancellation

  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.

    If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit (prepayment) will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • In case of no-show, the deposit (prepayment) will be charged and retained.
